We’re delighted to introduce you to Caroline Mills, Claims Handler, who joined the Insurewise Team in August 2024.

Caroline brings with her a wealth of experience in the insurance industry working for national and local insurance brokers.  She has enjoyed a career in the healthcare industry where she trained in phlebotomy and sonography assistance.  But the lure of the insurance world tempted her back into the industry working for a national loss adjuster in the specialist arena of subsidence claim management.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys nothing more than spending time with her family and said “there always seems to be a reason to enjoy a family celebration”.  Caroline and her husband, Mike, love travelling and have enjoyed many walking trips to Wales, usually in the rain!
