We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jo Westerdale, Account Executive. Jo brings with her a vast wealth of knowledge and experience working for a range of small independent and global insurance brokers over the years.
Our MD, Neil McCulloch, has known Jo for many years and is delighted to have her on the team.

Jo first started her insurance career in the early 1990s, working for an independent insurance brokers based in Stamford, Lincolnshire. Since then, she has worked for a range of global and small insurance brokers and prides herself in becoming the “go to” expert in the industry for clients and colleagues. She specialises in personal lines and commercial insurance services including liability, fleet, property and liability, dealing with quotations, placing the business with insurers and claims advice.
“I have always enjoyed helping businesses to protect the things that are important to them through the maze of the insurance world. I view myself as an extension of my clients’ businesses and like to understand them and their business in order to seek the best solutions for them.”

I enjoy helping clients protect their businesses and livelihoods using my knowledge of the industry and see myself as an extension to my clients’ businesses to tailor solutions for them.”
Outside of work, Jo, a mum of three (Ellis, Maisie and Lennie) loves nothing more than spending time with her family. She also enjoys music and attends numerous concerts throughout the year.
