Today – 29th September – we’re celebrating World Heart Day.  This charity is very close to my “heart” as my brother, and fellow founder of Insurewise, Robert McCulloch, passed away suddenly from a heart attack on 27 September 2012.

To celebrate his life, each year family, friends, former work colleagues and those that knew him come together in September each year to raise funds for the British Heart Foundation at the annual Robert (Bob) McCulloch golf day.

Over the years we have raised over £11,000 for the British Heart Foundation through this event thanks to everyone digging into their pockets for this worthwhile cause.  If this money can help save at least one person’s life, it will all be worthwhile.

Since March 2020 when life changed for everyone as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, one thing that has remained paramount amongst it all is people’s health.  I would like to thank the British Heart Foundation and other associated charities for all their hard work in helping find solutions to those experiencing heart conditions to help them enjoy a longer and happier life.
